I’ve been away. So sorry. It’s me, not you.
Being injured has sapped some of my enthusiasm for writing. But I am giving it another go and hope to resume posts the short term.

Sorry about your injury. You are a good writer. Don’t let running muck that up. I have kept myself busy and fit with onehundredpushups.com and twohundredsitups.com among others. Just stay fit so that when you are healed you can resume running. A writer like you shouldn’t be one-dimensional.

All the best my namesake. Write when you are back. I also had an ankle injury that was caused by a thorn piercing my heel. It took about five months which I thought was interminably long. Yours must be infinitely worse and difficult to bear. Just dont give up the running spirit.
