I’m very sad I just found your blog today, or I would have had a big sign for you at mile 24. Still, I am super impressed that you managed to run and post - HOW DID YOU DO THAT?

Don’t want to rain on anyone’s great effort, and you beat my two times at Boston, but I think you would have run under 3 and a half if you had concentrated on the race, instead of blogging and photoging. But I compliment you doing so, since Boston should be run, at least the first time, as a “fun” event and not a competitive one. I look forward to seeing the video at Wellsley (did anyone get married this year?).

Awesome job Dean!!! I wish I’d realized you were updating live from the race, I would have definitely been checking in. That is very cool! Sounds like the little kid high five factor is still strong at Boston—sweet! (Isn’t that fun?)
